• Experienced IP attorney, specialized in Trademarks, Patents, Copyrights, Data protection, Right of Publicity, Sports Law, IP and related Agreements and Contracts.
• Partner at the firm Noetinger & Armando, medium sized law firm which provides all type of IP legal and management services in Argentina and the entire Latin American region. We also handle general legal work, including civil, commercial, consumer and labor law.
• Secretary General of ASIPI (Interamerican IP Association), which requires a great deal of commitment in a wide variety of issues including the Organization’s administration, program preparation, academic activities, representation of the Organization with international entities and in events. 2023 is my 8th year's in ASIPI's Executive Committee, since I was Director and Treasurer in previous terms. I will be ASIPI’s first VP in 2024-2025.
• I was the President of the Argentine Association of IP Agents for the term 2020-2022, and for 12 years I was member of the Board, with active participation in all the matters related to defending the IP Attorney's profession and the IP in general in Argentina. I have been director, treasurer and VP in previous years.
• Member of the STANDING ADVISORY COMMITTEE BEFORE THE EUROPEAN
PATENT OFFICE – WORKING PARTY ON QUALITY for the term 2021-2023.
• President of St. Brendan’s Rugby Club, competing in all levels at the Buenos Aires Rugby Union with more than 180 registered players, which provides me a great experience in sports management, regulations and solving all kinds of problems.
• Judge in the Board of Appeals at Buenos Aires Rugby Union’s Disciplinary Commission, in which we weekly decide appeals of disciplinary sanctions to players and other related issues in this sport.
